Apartment-style living that balances independence with community—University Commons gives you the privacy of your own bedroom while connecting you with roommates in shared kitchens and living areas. University Commons, like all other residence halls, features a front desk with board games, kitchen and cleaning supplies, mail processing and so much more.

- Four person apartment with single bedrooms
- Eight person apartment with double bedrooms
- Both options include a kitchen and living room
Room Features
- Apartment-style rooms consisting of a kitchen and living room area, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms (students will need to bring their own pots and pans)
- Each bedroom features an xl twin bed, dresser, desk and chair per student
- Two open closets for double suites, one large open closet for singles
- Internet access
Apartment Furnishings
- Living room with a sectional couch, table with four chairs, and entertainment stand
- Kitchen with a microwave, full-size fridge, and an oven (students will need to bring their own pots and pans)
Free Laundry Facilities
Free laundry machines in each building. Bring your clothes downstairs and you're set. No hunting for quarters or paying extra fees.
24/7 Convenience Store
Residents of University Commons have access to Avenue C, a 24-hour self-serve, self-pay convenience store perfect for all your study break needs. It is located nearby in the Residential Commons 2 basement.

University Commons is home to a multitude of community spaces for its residents to utilize.
- Multi-purpose room (MPR)- large space used for meetings, activities, and group studying
- Fishbowl- community gathering space featuring pool, ping-pong, foosball, and a mahjong table.
