University Commons
University Commons is our newest residential complex and features apartment style living with 4 bedroom single and 4 bedroom double options.

Room Features

  • Apartment-style rooms consisting of a kitchen and living room area, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms (students will need to bring their own pots and pans)
  • Each bedroom features an xl twin bed, dresser, desk and chair per student
  • Two open closets for double suites, one large open closet for singles
  • Cable and internet access

Apartment Furnishings

  • Living room with a sectional couch, table with four chairs, and entertainment stand
  • Kitchen with a microwave, full-size fridge, and an oven (students will need to bring their own pots and pans)

Additional hall amenities

  • Multipurpose room with desks, projector, and whiteboard walls
  • Study lounges located on each floor
  • Fitness room with classes available to students, staff, and faculty
  • Half-court basketball court available to residents
