University Commons
University Commons is our newest residential complex and features apartment style living with 4 bedroom single and 4 bedroom double options.
Room Features
- Apartment-style rooms consisting of a kitchen and living room area, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms (students will need to bring their own pots and pans)
- Each bedroom features an xl twin bed, dresser, desk and chair per student
- Two open closets for double suites, one large open closet for singles
- Cable and internet access
Apartment Furnishings
- Living room with a sectional couch, table with four chairs, and entertainment stand
- Kitchen with a microwave, full-size fridge, and an oven (students will need to bring their own pots and pans)
Additional hall amenities
- Multipurpose room with desks, projector, and whiteboard walls
- Study lounges located on each floor
- Fitness room with classes available to students, staff, and faculty
- Half-court basketball court available to residents
