Whether you're attending class or enjoying talking with friends, your internet connection is a big deal. We've partnered with Boldyn to upgrade internet services in the residence halls and ensure you don't miss a second. From IT support to connecting to the internet, we have everything you need stay online and in touch.

Setup & Support

Follow the steps below to get connected. If you are having issues with the internet, get 24/7 support by phone (833-548-7125), online chat (Missouri S&T Internet Portal), email (support@myresnet.com), or directly through the Boldyn App. 

  1. If your device already has connectivity (such as your cellular device): Go to https://mst.hed.boldyn.com to sign in   
  2.  If your device does not have any connectivity (such as your PC or MAC): When connecting for the first time, go to your wireless settings and connect to “MyResNet Start Here”.  This will automatically take you to the online portal (https://mst.hed.boldyn.com ) where you can sign in.
  3.  Once you are in the portal https://hed.boldyn.com
    1. Sign in using your Missouri University of Science and Technology school credentials
    2. Once your account has been created, sign out, sign back in and click on “show wi-fi password” under Add Devices Tab. You can change your wi-fi password here to something unique if you wish or you can keep it at the default. 
    3. You will use this Wi-Fi password to connect your devices to the network.
  4.  Connect to the Network
    1. Navigate to the wireless settings on each device
    2. Connect to MyResNet-5G (Always use 5G however you can connect to MyResNet2G if your device is not 5G compatible)
    3. Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted to connect 
    4. Enable the “auto-join” feature 

 Helpful Tips:

  1.  MyResNet-5G: Connect to MyResnet-5G for the fastest WiFi connection. This should be your default setting. Click to forget the MyResNet 2G network.
  2.  MyResnet Start Here: Forget this network once you have created your account.
  3.  Each user’s password must be unique – if someone at the same institution has the same password it will ask you to choose another password.

  1.  Navigate to the MST portal: Go to https://mst.hed.boldyn.com to sign in   
  2. Once you are in the portal https://hed.boldyn.com
    1. Sign in using your Missouri University of Science and Technology school credentials
    2. You can add and delete devices from your portal
    3. Click “Show Wifi Password” to review your Password – do not change it unless you plan to change the password on all of your devices
  3. Adding a new device
    1. Navigate to the wireless settings on each device
    2. Connect to MyResNet-5G (Always use 5G however you can connect to MyResNet2G if your device is not 5G compatible)
