Week of February 1 Watch for information regarding floor/hall meetings.
Week of February 8 Tour of Miner Village and Downtown Campus will take place. Watch for information in your halls regarding dates & times or check the website.
Friday, February 12 Connections Community Applications Due. The Connections program is designed to offer a unique community development approach by allowing students to group together around a common theme, issue, or interest and apply for housing as a group. Connections Communities will be given preference for the following downtown leased properties (Buehler, Sally, Farrar Co-ops and University Commons). Connections Communities will be assigned first in the room selections process. For more information, see the Connections Community Information and Application.
February 22-23 Miner Village, Farrar basement, Keller and State Street same room sign up. Students wishing to remain in their same room in Miner Village, Farrar basement, or State Street will go on-line between noon, February 22 and noon February 23 to complete their application and pick their same room.
February 24-26

Miner Village, Farrar basement, Keller and State street - same complex different room. Students who currently live in Miner Village, Farrar Co-op, or State Street will go on-line according to the following schedule to pick a differnt room in their current complex. (Please note, hours do no include hours in which you are currently enrolled).

90+ hours: anytime after noon on February 24 thru noon on February 26
60+ hours: anytime after 3 p.m. on February 24 thru noon on February 26
30+ hours: anytime after noon on February 25 thru noon on February 26
Less than 30: anytime after 3 p.m. on February 25 thru noon on February 26

March 2-4

Miner Village, Downtown and University Commons Open Sign up. Any current resident who wishes to live in Miner Village, Downtown or University Commons may go on-line to sign up according to the following schedule:

90+ hours: anytime after noon on March 2 thru noon on March 4
60+ hours: anytime after 3 p.m. on March 2 thru noon on March 4
30+ hours: anytime after noon on March 3 thru noon on March 4
Less than 30: anytime after 3 p.m. on March 3 thru noon on March 4

March 1-10 Sign up for TJ/RC lottery. Students interested in participating in the lottery to live in TJ or RC must sign up on-line. Instructions for doing so are on the room selection website. Only students who sign up prior to March 10 will have an opportunity to participate in the lottery. The number of students allowed to participate will be determined based on projections for incoming freshmen class. It is expected that 200-300 non-first-year students will be allowed to live in TJ and RC. If necessary, preference for the lottery may be given to students required to live on campus for the 2016-17 academic year.
March 15 Students will receive information in their e-mail on whether they have been chosen to participate in the lottery.
March 21-22 Same room sign up - TJ and RC. Students who wish to live in their same room in TJ or RC and were chosen for the lottery may sign up between noon on March 21 and noon on March 22 for their same room.
March 23-25

Different room sign up - TJ and RC. Students chosen for the TJ and RC lottery who wish to live in another room in TJ or RC may sign up according to the following schedule:

90+ hours: anytime after noon on March 23 thru noon on March 25
60+ hours: anytime after 3 p.m. on March 23 thru noon on March 25
30+ hours: anytime after noon on March 24 thru noon on March 25
Less than 30: anytime after 9 p.m. on March 24 thru noon on March 25

April 4-8 Open sign up continues through April 8 for open spaces. After April 8, students who are not required to live on campus for the 2016-17 year will not be guaranteed housing though every effort will be made to house those requesting space.
