| Plan 7: 5 Meals Per Week + $325 Points | $1530 |
Plan 1: $1750 Points
With this plan, half of the student's points are distributed each semester ($875/semester). The balance remaining in the fall will roll over into the spring semester as long as they remain on a plan. Points are just like real money except they can only be used for food on campus. Your student ID acts like a check card when eating at dining facilities. Points are accepted at all campus dining facilities.
Plan 2: 300 Swipes + $215 Points
With this plan, half of the student's swipes and declining balance dollars are distributed each semester (150 swipes and $107.5 per semester). The balance remaining in the fall will roll over into the spring semester as long as they are still on their plan. Swipes are similar to meals per week but they are rolled over from week to week instead of lost like the meals per week plans. This plan averages out to be just over 9 meals per week if you compare it to the other plans. This plan is great if you are planning on paying for friends of family to eat because you can use multiple swipes per dining period which you can't do with meals.
Plan 3-7: Meals Per Week + Points
The majority of students decide to use a meals per week + points plan. Declining balance amounts are split in half just like the other two plans above. Each week of the semester you start over with a new balance of meals to use over that week. Unused meals are lost and if you happen to run out of meals, your points can help cover for that meal. These plans are helpful if you struggle to keep track of your declining balance amounts or dining blocks because you will get a new allowance of meals to start over with each week. These plans have a lot of options available to chose from which helps you find the plan that bests fits your lifestyle.
