Room Assignments
The Resident Director or his/her assistants assign rooms prior to participant arrival, unless a suggested roommate pairing list is submitted and approved five business days prior to conference arrival.

Room assignments for summer groups are made according to the date preliminary information is received at the Residential Life Office.  Factors such as group size, gender and the age of campers are used to determine room placements.

Guest Housing

Guests who wish to arrange for multiple rooms should contact the Residential Life Office at 341-4218 to discuss needs and available rates.
