Thank you for your interest in living in the residence halls at the Missouri University of Science and Technology. For a priority housing assignment, incoming freshmen for the 2010-2011 academic year should:

1. Return your Housing Application/Agreement by June 1.
   
2. Complete the Housing Interest Form and return it to our office June 1.
   
3. If you are applying for Voyager, the Holistic Community, and/or the Residential College, include the appropriate form(s) with your Housing Interest Form.   NOTE: The priority application deadline for the Residential College is May 1. All materials must be returned by May 1 to be a priority candidate for the Residential College.
   
4. According to Missouri Law SB686, all students living in university residences must either have a meningococcal vaccine or a vaccine waiver on file.

Room and board rates for 2010-2011 have been approved by the Board of Curators and are posted here.

For students who decide not to attend Missouri S&T, please be aware of the following housing cancellation penalties.  The penalties below do not apply to students who are changing their housing preference within the residence halls or to a fraternity or the Christian Campus House.
